As a beauty sales professional, you understand that education plays in skin care sales and you are comfortable speaking to skin health professionals of all types regarding the value of certification. You are a sales professional who values relationships as much if not more than simply closing a sale. You have proven success and 3 plus years of field sales experience in skin care, Rx skin care or physician dispensed products.
Must be available to, and enjoy traveling and have easy access to a major airport. You are detail oriented, organized and highly self-motivated. You value being part of a team and enjoy collaboration yet you are extremely comfortable working independently based out of your home. You are drawn to new challenges and a enjoy working in a growing, evolving company. You have the flexibility and personal drive to adapt, help develop the most effective approaches, and respond to customer needs. You are intellectually curious, have a high standard of values and ethics and a great enthusiasm for serving others.

THE ROLE: Success in this role hinges on a consistent focus on: § Building and maintaining solid relationships with targeted medical and aesthetic practices within a defined market § Ensuring that professional partnerships are maximized § Consistently identifying and engaging new business opportunities A typical day might include: § Profiling accounts to determine areas of opportunity § Frequently traveling within your market to engage customers § Supporting existing accounts and protecting and growing existing business § Reengaging former accounts to understand why their purchasing has declined, addressing any issues, and bringing them back to our company. § Introducing beauty sales products and education opportunities to new accounts § Assessing customer websites, use of branding, logo, photos and product descriptions to ensure proper positioning of the line § Supporting customers in their marketing efforts by attending open houses and similar in office events § Working strategically with Schools in your market to engage emerging professionals § Representing the product at industry trade shows and medical professional conferences § Nurturing strong relationships with the home office team and the national educators § Handling one-off requests as needed to support internal and external customer needs Qualifications § BA preferred § B2B selling required § Great attitude! § 3+ years of current proven success in selling to businesses within the skin care, or professional beauty consumer product arena. Sales experience to dermatologists and aesthetic practices and providers preferred § Easy access to an airport
