While that is a catchy title for some other read, a Recruiter or Hiring Manager has no idea WHAT 'New Direction' you mean!
Be sure to inform your reader what they will be reading when you title your resume. The resume I speak of (after reading it) should have been titled: 'Office Manager'.
Remember that you also want to put a strong profile if you are putting a resume on the job boards AND hunting for something different from what you have done in the past.
Keywords are important too when titling your resume: Office Manager, Sales Support, etc. Pick a favorite of one of the jobs you are researching/ applying to- what keywords do they use in the job description? Are those words a good fit for your skills?
Think about it. It's your resume, it's your story. Give it a great relevant title that hiring managers will be drawn to.
